Heard somewhere that Climate Change is part and parcel a hidden tax to impoverish the west and transfer it's world to 3rd world countries.
The G7's commitment to the 'collective developed country climate finance goal to jointly mobilise US$100 billion annually every year by 2020 through to 2025 from a wide variety of sources.' Nice.
This is in addition to the commitments already made by some of the G7 to increase global climate finance.
With the pandemic one would think the economy would be at the heart of the recovery plans. After all that is what is implied by 'build back better'? Maybe it's not Britain they want to build back? Instead, the G7 welcomes countries like South Africa, who (listen to the subtlety)
'calls to place the conservation and enhancement of nature at the 💚 heart of pandemic recovery plans, aligning with our G7 Climate and Environment agenda(21).'
Nature above man.

Jim Steele was the Director of the Sierra Nevada Field Campus of San Francisco State University from 1985 to 2009. Having taught courses on plants, natural sciences, bird banding and bird identification, his research into the causes of the declines in local bird populations led him to the understanding that natural climate cycles and landscape changes were causing disruptions of wildlife populations.
He went on to author a book, Landscapes & Cycles: An Environmentalist's Journey to Climate Skepticism, and a website, LandscapesAndCycles.net where he explores how faulty, over-hyped C02-driven climate change fears are misdirecting environmental researchers and activists away from the true cause of environmental disruption.

The Herald: New judge appointed as chair of Scottish Covid inquiry —Lord Brailsford takes over from Lady Poole, who has resigned “for personal reasons”
However it then emerged four of the inquiry’s counsel had quit the day before she resigned, suggesting tensions and disagreements behind the scenes.
Mr Swinney said: "The Scottish Government wants the Scottish COVID-19 Inquiry to be delivered at speed and to address the range of questions that people have – the bereaved, in particular – so that we can learn lessons and benefit from them as early as possible.
"That is why arrangements for identifying a new judicial Chair for the Inquiry have been taken forward urgently to ensure a swift and successful transition.
