'A police investigation has been launched after "anti-Covid" propaganda was distributed to homes and placed on cars in a Hampshire town.

Police say they have received a number or reports of these leaflets being distributed in the central Eastleigh area.

The material questions the current lockdown rules, the "validity" of information being published by both the government and the press, and even quotes Nazi Minister of Propaganda Joseph Goebbels.

Properties in Chamberlayne Road, Nutbeem Road and Blenheim Road are said to have been targeted early yesterday evening.

There have also been similar reports of materials being placed under car windscreens.'

Tesco's response to my email complaint about store harassment. All who get discriminated against anywhere should write to their head office/ ceo/ customer services immediately - then return to the store with the reply printed off:

'Dear Mr Smith,
Thank you for contacting Ken Murphy, our Chief Executive. As work commitments are currently keeping Ken away from the office, I am writing on his behalf. Please be assured he is kept informed of all contact received into this office.

Mr Smith, I am sorry to hear of your recent experience when visiting our Briarfield road store store, I appreciate how disappointed you are with being challenged for not wearing a face mask. This certainly isn’t the way we would expect any of our colleagues to approach a customer, all be it none of our store colleagues should be challenging any of our customers.

When a customer visits our stores, we have numerous signs in and around the store reminding of the social distancing measures that we have in place, it is then down to the customer to comply with the government guidelines, regarding the customer not wearing face covering’s there could be several reasons for this, colleagues will remind all customers to wear one where possible. If any customer advises a colleague, they are medically exempt our colleagues are not in the position challenge them or ask for proof of exemption. We will have additional security in stores to help manage this in the best possible way.

What I have done is emailed your complaint over to the store manager to advised this has occurred, the reason for me doing this is to make sure the store manager reminds all colleagues that they should under no circumstance challenge any of our customers for not wearing face coverings or should they approach them to advise they are breaking the law.
