All this means that doctors will not be adversely affected by their own strikes.Most NHS employees agree that they would not like themselves or their loved ones to be patients in the hospitals where they work. Carroll Quigley who wrote Tragedy & Hope alluded to it himself. He said he was personally all for the end goal of the Establishment, but he couldn't stomach some of their methods. At the top they are willing to sacrifice anyone they need to if necessary to get things done, even some of their own. If one of their own steps out of line, they are warned or killed.

These two quotes appeared recently in the British Medical Journal: ‘If the Montgomery principle is applied rigidly without context, then the recent mass covid vaccination could be deemed clinically negligent because very little time was spent in obtaining informed written consent.’ (British Medical Journal) ‘The clinical context in which the covid vaccines, were employed, after relatively brief use of largely novel technologies, abbreviated safety testing, hidden figures for alleged side effects and deaths, in an emotional milieu of official persuasion, was clouded at best.’

Note that in 2015, a Supreme Court judgement in the Montgomery case established that a doctor must ‘take reasonable care to ensure that the patient is aware of any material risks…’.Today, however, doctors seem to be relying on the UK Supreme Court which has reassured doctors that they need not discuss every possible treatment option to avoid a finding of negligence against them. But surely offering a covid vaccine to a healthy patient isn’t a treatment option since, in the strictest sense, the patient is not being ‘treated’? (The Oxford Dictionary defines ‘treatment’ as medical care given to a patient for an illness or injury’). And the covid vaccine was not offered as one of a number of choices. Isn’t it about a time that there was a proper debate about all vaccines? The mainstream media around the world has steadfastly refused to allow debate and has suppressed scientific truths relating to the covid jab in particular and to vaccines in general.
Those telling the truth have been demonised and attacked ruthlessly. I have constantly challenged vaccine advocates to debate vaccines and vaccination with me in public but all of my challenges have been ignored. I suspect that vaccine supporters refuse to debate because they know that the science is on my side, that they will be humiliated and that, as a result, all vaccination programmes will have to stop. This will cause much distress to the pharmaceutical industry and the medical establishment – which has close links with the drug industry. Your water company may have been overcharging you for your water bills.
"Professor Carolyn Roberts, an environmental and water specialist, is bringing legal claims against a number of water companies for overcharging their customers. These companies have allegedly been misleading their regulators by underreporting the number of pollution incidents, being discharges of wastewater from a company sewerage asset adversely affecting the water environment and resulting in higher customer bills.
These claims are collective actions which seek to recover compensation for those household customers who, as a result of overcharging, have paid, and continue to pay, whether they are paying directly or as part their rent, higher water bills for the provision of sewerage services, whether customers are or have been paying directly or as part their rent.
If you pay or have paid for wastewater services provided by one or more of the six water companies included in the claims, you could be ennoscriptd to compensation. We are issuing claims against each of these six water companies:
Thames Water, Severn Trent, Northumbrian Water, United Utilities, Yorkshire Water and Anglian Water"

Music labels sue Internet Archive over digitized record collection
Universal Music Group Sony Music Entertainment and other record labels on Friday sued the nonprofit #InternetArchive for copyright infringement over its streaming collection of digitized music from vintage records.
The labels' lawsuit filed in a federal court in Manhattan said the Archive's "Great 78 Project" functions as an "illegal record store" for songs by musicians including Frank Sinatra, Ella Fitzgerald, Miles Davis and Billie Holiday.
They named 2,749 sound-recording copyrights that the Archive allegedly infringed. The labels said their damages in the case could be as high as $412m.
Representatives for the Internet Archive did not immediately respond to a request for comment on the complaint.
The San Francisco-based Internet Archive digitally archives websites, books, audio recordings and other materials. It compares itself to a library and says its mission is to "provide universal access to all knowledge"

"Thanks to an unredacted memo from the Privy Council uncovered by Blacklock’s Reporter, we now know that the federal government, as early as May of 2021, instructed public health officials to downplay and skew data relating to adverse reactions and injuries from the Covid-19 vaccine in order to maintain confidence in the public health regime in Canada.
