The Rockefeller Foundation will support projects under the WHO Hub for Pandemic and Epidemic Intelligence’s stewardship, including:

—  Scaling global capacity for genomic surveillance through the newly launched International Pathogen Surveillance Network

—  Developing a digital platform in partnership with Data.org, to enable real-time communication and collaboration between public health analysts and researchers across the globe to scale evidence-based, field-tested epidemic tools.

—  Developing user-centered product strategies for existing WHO epidemic intelligence solutions to better support global public health agencies

—   Improving outbreak detection through the Global health data science initiative, in partnership with the University of Oxford and Boston Children’s Hospital, among others

The wrong solution to a non-existent problem.
Even if you believe that the UK's 1% contribution to world carbon emissions, carbon dioxide being 0.04% of the atmosphere, is a big problem, the idea that decimating the countryside to save the environment is a real low-point for mankind.
If you still believe in them, offshore wind turbines are surely a better solution if you're determined to go 'green'. Having said that, they are known to kill millions of birds and bats every year, and obviously don't turn on calm days.
Solar panels themselves need rare earth elements to build, and use huge amounts of cheap energy to be manufactured and transported, just like electric cars. Both have massive problems with toxic recycling.
Those who have solar panels on their roofs and are doing well recouping the cost of putting them there have made a personal choice to do so. These solar industrial parks are an imposition from a corporation and world government that will not benefit the local community and will be of no use to anyone should they continue to geoengineer and mess with the weather patterns, because if the sun don't shine...
This all points to a drastic reduction of the food supply in order to replace it with artificial, lab-grown, nutrient-light crap, as well as keeping everyone believing in a fake climate crisis cooked up for the reasons of profit and control.
If you still can't see it then you simply have not been looking; their plans are well-documented, and they make no secret of what they are tying to do - they just don't blast it on the nightly news at all. They save the media to fear you into compliance and accepting whatever solutions they propose for the crises they create in the first place.
Truth is important. Emotion has no place in it, but that is exactly how they convince you to believe in things that are provably not true.

He said you can do more in 5 years of war than 50 years of peace on a social scale.

When you understand this is an ongoing war regardless, most wars are never openly declared upon the public. They're simply carried out but under a threat - a threat from another nation, a threat from outer space, from the solar system, from the sun itself, whatever it happens to be they can then push us into this long-term plan to get us into habitat areas, no private property and ultimately a society which will serve the state willingly.
