On a warm spring day, the first in a long time 🌤 the Yellow board tour and the Dartford Memorial, took to the streets of Canterbury. 💪👏👏
Canterbury is a tough gig due to there being 5 University's, and and a well known pharmaceutical company near by. So it's been a long time since we've had the 'get a job" and the odd hand gesture 😆 but they were few and far between, the cars and lorrys beeping 📯📯📯The traffic came in waves and some of the team moved with it working one side of the road to the other depending on where the traffic stood. 👏👏👏
Some of the team walked around to the independent local shops, holding the use cash or lose it board offering lightpapers to all shop keepers. 👏👏👏👏
Unbeknown to us there was a music festival being held in the Dane John Park, all visitors by train and the surrounding area had to access the park via the bridge. This is where the Memorial set up, it was perfect. As the people could not ignore or unsee pictures of the vaccine injured, men women and children😢 😢 good conversations were had, as well as information handed out, some people even filmed it.
Due to some of the team being at the Hope festival I thought our numbers would be low, but no, people turned up, again from all over Kent. There was 25 of us including 3 of the Dartford Memorial in our 2 hrs of outreach we distributed
1500 lightpapers
and
300 leaflets 👏👏👏👏
To all the wonderful people who attended

Global bank messaging network SWIFT is planning a new platform in the next one to two years to connect the wave of central bank digital currencies now in development to the existing finance system, it has told Reuters.
