Or, even when this path is not good, it's supposed to be inevitable. A capitalist version of this doctrine is "What doesn't grow dies." But it's not true! There are shops and pubs in Europe that have stayed tiny for centuries while proud corporations have bloated and collapsed. Increasing in scale and detachment and centralization and dominance is not the path of survival, but the path of prolonged suicide, and we don't have to follow it.

It's not quite that simple. We were all born and raised on a runaway train; we can't get off and survive, and we can't stop it from crashing. But a lot of us can survive the crash and learn why and how to stay off the next train. Our bad path has good paths within it.

There are people who stay radical their whole lives, or even get more and more outside the system. And there are strong competing systems everywhere that we don't even recognize as systems because they're non-authoritarian: gift economies invisible to the money economy, networks of friends linked by empathy not exploitation, goal-less leader-less movements riding aliveness wherever it takes them, and the whole infinite system, which we patronize as "nature," in which our exalted history is only a little aberration.

Does the forest have a king or a class of experts or a list of rules deciding which plant can grow where? No! They all work it out amongst themselves, and the result is a billion times more complex than our tinker-toy corporations and governments. It's a vain projection for us to speak of "laws" of nature -- I think nature has agreements and understandings. And our civilization is not attacking the earth for human good or evolution, or out of greed or clumsiness or ignorance. It's attacking the earth out of jealousy, because it knows the earth has a better system. Wait and see.'

They Tried to Take our home

In June 2024 the Family Court launched an assault not only on her body, but on her freedom, her dignity.
This legal action was filed , FD24F00023, with the express aim of removing me from my own home, stripping me of contact with my daughter, revoking her Power of Attorney, and forcibly placing Paloma under the care of her alleged sexual abuser’s mother.

Let us be clear, Paloma was a Cambridge graduate, 23 years old, fluent in multiple languages, spiritually awake, deeply loved and fully capable of making her own decisions. She had mental capacity confirmed in writing by clinicians. She had her own written, witnessed Power of Attorney. She chose her own holistic therapies, and we had over six months of healing and stability together after she walked out of the hospital in December 2023.

But the system would not let her live freely.

The Lies That Led to Forced Treatment
The court was told Paloma had “Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma.”
Yet, The histology showed the sample was crushed artefact, unsuitable for FISH testing. ‘A differential diagnosis that could not be confirmed with this tissue sample’
No diagnosis was ever confirmed.
No fungal, TB, or infectious testing was conducted.
Paloma had no symptoms consistent with lymphoma.

Still, Rasburicase, steroids, and chemotherapy agents were administered without written consent, without a wristband, and under deception, they told her it was “just a saline flush and some painkillers.”

This is medical assault. It is battery under UK law, and a clear breach of the Montgomery ruling on informed consent.
It caused sudden onset of life-threatening symptoms.

Weaponising the Mental Capacity Act

The Family Court document claims Paloma “lacked capacity due to undue influence” from me, her mother.
That is a lie. Paloma:
Made multiple statements affirming her independent choices.
Filed her own witness statement to the High Court.
Rejected forced medical treatment on religious and ethical grounds.
Asked to be free from medical abuse and psychiatric coercion.

Instead, the court sought to:
Evict me from the home I own and pay for.
Move in the mother of Paloma’s ex-boyfriend, whom Paloma had accused of sexual assault, stalking, and manipulation. This was reported to the police and had a crime reference number and the court was aware.
Ban me from all contact with my daughter for six months.
Force Paloma into “CAMHS-style therapy” based on a non-confirmed differential diagnosis.

This Was Not Protection It Was State-Sanctioned Abuse

What do you call it when:
A young woman reports sexual assault to police, and the accused’s family is given legal authority over her?
A mother is evicted from her own home to be replaced by a woman the daughter has said ‘stalked’ her
A young woman is drugged against her will, with no legal written consent, and no confirmed diagnosis?

This is coercive control, dressed up as child protection? She was 23!
This is constructive fraud, enforced through the Family Division of the High Court.
This is a breach of Article 2 and Article 8 of the Human Rights Act, the right to life, and the right to family life.
This is the UK State trying to erase the mother-daughter bond to silence the truth about medical harm.

Paloma Knew the Truth. And They Knew She Knew and they wanted her silenced in court to justify what they did to her body. And she said so, clearly, legally, and in writing in signed sworn statements. (These are all available on former posts here on Twitter and other social media platforms)

They feared her capacity.
They tried to remove me.
They tried to destroy the bond that gave her strength.
They tried to make me pay the bills while they took over my house and injected our daughter
This is a state crime.
She chose natural healing.
And that made her a threat to a system addicted to profit and power.
