How does regime-change or war benefit the UK and the people of Iran?

When we see who is supporting regime-change in Iran, it's the same Establishment figures who support the Ukraine/Russia conflict, including Zelenskyy himself!

Some instead will focus on the "humanitarian" aspect caring for the Iranian women and homosexual individuals who are apparently persecuted.
Based on recent history, every Middle-Eastern country we have involved ourselves in has turned out worst for the indigenous people where often harsher Islamic extremists have retaken the country, groups that were often originally funded by the Israel/Western powers, as exiled U.S. NSA whistle-blower Edward Snowdon revealed and as we now see happening in real time in Syria. In some cases, slavery has returned as in Libya and many of the mostly Muslim peoples have left their native land due to this tyranny thereby creating further mass migration to Europe/UK.

So why support regime-change in Iran?
