When Doctors Guess

When you go to the doctor for help and treatment you probably assume that once he has decided what is wrong with you, he will automatically give you a treatment that is quite specific for your disease.

Nothing could be further from the truth.

With a very few exceptions there are no certainties in medicine. What you will get will depend more on chance and your doctor’s personal prejudices than on science.

This problem isn’t a new one, of course.

In the preface to The Doctor’s Dilemma playwright George Bernard Shaw pointed out that during the first great epidemic of influenza which developed towards the end of the nineteenth century, a London evening newspaper sent a journalist posing as a patient to all the great consultants of the day.

The newspaper then published details of the advice and prenoscriptions offered by the consultants.

Climate 'Scare Story' Began With Far-Left Ideology: Greenpeace Co-Founder

Patrick Moore was only 24 when he co-founded Greenpeace in the early 1970s. He soon became the driving force behind the environmental activist group's many influential campaigns, such as to stop nuclear testing, protect endangered whales, and prevent toxic dumping.

"It began in 1971 with the first voyage to stop U.S. hydrogen bomb testing in Alaska, which we did," Moore told The Epoch Times. "And then we went after France's atmospheric nuclear testing in the South Pacific."

Greenpeace would go on to launch its "Save the Whales" campaign in 1975, followed in 1976 by a campaign to end the killing of baby seals for their fur, as well as advocating against toxic dumping in rivers by factories in Europe.

The pandemic is only as real as the test, and test is a dice role.

We all keep saying that don’t we, but we don’t seem able to grasp what it means, because even though we know PCR tests don’t work to diagnose infection we keep accepting all the statistics that are produced as a result of assuming PCR tests diagnose infection.

We say – “0h wow, covid numbers rising despite the lockdown”. Or “massive spike in people getting covid in THIS care home despite precautions”. Or “look the ‘vax’ doesn’t work because people who get it still catch covid”.

No. Wrong. They’re not “covid numbers”, they’re positive-test numbers. It’s not a spike in people ‘getting Covid’ in the care home, it’s a spike of people testing positive. The people who get the vax don’t “still catch covid”, they still test positive. Read more

Vaccines in UK are not mandatory. There is an exemption on evidence of medical reasons and the Supreme Court recognises at common law that denial of free and informed consent is a self certified medical reason. See Montgomery v Lanarkshire [2015] UKSC 11

The fundamental common law right to free and informed consent, based on the ancient Tort of battery (tresspass to the person), are valid in all 16 Commonwealth Realms and both the Republic of Ireland and USA, where English common law is retained as a body of law.

In Ireland, evidence that English common law rights are retained can be found in the Statute Revision Act (2007) which retained Magna Carta and most of the English Bill of Rights (1688) and much, much more.

In USA, English common law rights are retained by the 9th Amendment of the Constitution "The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.", hence why US courts refer to them.

For our friends in New Zealand, you also have these common law rights, but additionally, Art.11 of your 1990 Bill of Rights states:
"Everyone has the right to refuse to undergo any medical treatment."

UK government signs million-dollar foreign contracts for COVID passports

The unprecedented medical/identity document could be imposed for up to 2 years.

US-based Entrust will be awarded £840,000 ($1.2 million) for an initial one-year deal with plans to extend the contract to 2023. The company already received £250,000 ($347,923 US) earlier this year for providing cloud-computing services to the UK’s COVID-status certification scheme.

Though the new contract has been published online, parts of the document have been completely blacked out. The most noteworthy of the redacted sections hides the services that will be provided by Entrust. Read more
