Article 5 of the Bill of Rights confirms the #CommonLaw right to #petition (don't use the word #protest) the Crown for redress of grievances and it PROHIBITS one being arrested and charged for doing that.

The police could use clause ‘59 Intentionally or recklessly causing public nuisance’ of the legislation ‘passed’ in Parliament on Monday as its tool to torture us.

HOWEVER, if we lodge BEFOREHAND a declaration that we intend to petition the Crown for redress of grievances.

This will be #admissible #evidence to prove our #intent and lack of recklessness should we be arrested and help dismiss any charges.

Constables are briefed before operations.

This document will be available as disclosure if we are arrested and charged.Proving whether The Commissioner properly directed her subordinates, or not.

All you need to do is #CopyAndPaste the text of the advice I have sent to Cressida Dick below and send it yourself duly personalised. There is no need to hide your identity. Stands you in honour.

I would suggest that you also send a copy of it to the Chief Constables of every county you will be #travelling through and the British Transport Police.

It is important that #petitioning is your reason for attending the gathering, not #protesting. It remains that the police have NO RIGHT to demand your details etc when #travelling to/from and attending the gathering (Neale v DPP 2021).

The greater the chances all Chief Constables and the Met Commissioner withdraw their support from the Government in this evil agenda.

This is how the Govm is ramming it's terror truck that is the Police and Crime Sentencing Bill through the gateway of public opinion. And by public opinion I'm including police in that.

Govm barely mentions policing of protests. Then it gets useful idiots the Antifa mobs in far leftist Bristol to attack a police station and burn a police car. Suddenly there appears to be a need for a brutal crackdown on protesters. So the Govm hope that police perceive the far left as bad and the so called far right as worse. And that they feel threatened. This motivates them to attack demonstrations without warning as they start. And that is where the new Bill kicks in in practice.

Those who say Bradford police response to demonstration on saturday will be gentle are right. But Bradford is an exception.

This is how Govm ramps up divisiveness and knee jerks us into accepting the theft of our rights and our Constitution. It is manipulating the centre right tendency of the police (nothing wrong with that by itself) but misrepresenting the enemies of that position to the police in the expectation that police will adopt more authoritarian approach to shutting down free expression.

With the media they are ramping up perceptions of far left and far right so that anything expressing freedom appears to order followers to be a threat to them and to society. And this is also how they rationalise what they have done and are doing to themselves and each other even though at some level they must know that what they are doing is wrong.

And they are attempting to buttress criminal corporate policy such as discriminating against select maskless shoppers with this new vaccine passport scheme. And Boris Johnson has already voiced his thoughts that they may decide to abolish the Equalities Act 2010.

On Monday Parliament debated the issue of vaccine passports in response to the petition which gained 290,000 signatures.

However, the Government has decided as the next step to issue a Call For Evidence. It is a sort of public consultation which anyone can participate in.

The full noscript is: Open Consultation. COVID Status Certification Review Call For Evidence It is vital that as many people as possible tell the Government why vaccine certificates are a bad idea.

If all the petition signatories did this we would overwhelm their system and we might frighten them into having second thoughts.

The closing date is 11.45pm on 29/3/21 so we have days to do this.

Your opinion matters so speak up. It does not matter that you are an ordinary person, you don't need any specialist knowledge. This will impact you and your family. Tell them how it will effect you negatively.

Don't delay.

If we are ever going to be able to get on a plane again without the necessity of being jabbed like a guinea pig with an experimental vaccine which is being shown to have a higher level of harm to it than covid itself and risking our own health as a result, losing sovereignty over our bodies and our rights to make informed decisions which the State respects, being forced to do something which is against common sense, good science and public health and safety we are going to have to fight for it. Because it won’t stop here – going to the theatre, football match or cinema will also require a passport. Even shopping – who knows! To give up our right to basic freedom of movement is a huge thing to hand over willingly. And there will be no going back.

Children in line for Covid vaccines from August

Children will start getting the Covid vaccine as early as August under provisional government plans to push for maximum immunity from the virus, The Telegraph can reveal.
