"If you think about it, whether they've got people paralysed with fear over the boogeycovid or over their evil plans for world domination, it doesn't matter does it?

What neither of those sets of people are doing is what we all should be doing every day - making the best of ourselves in whatever we do - helping, learning, improving, and looking for other ways to add income.

We could all do with a long holiday. But if you can’t, try to get away for just a few days, hire a cottage, or just matrix-free your home switching off all media devices and read, talk, play & draw. You’ll regain balance for yourself if you have started to become depressed and paralysed about the situation we presently face and which the majority are still oblivious to (though more and more are waking up every day as we all well know.)

We must also say it seems there are still many pushing and believing that Trump, even after 4 years in office and doing F*** ALL FOR FREEDOM, is somehow going to pull an amazing stunt and arrest every criminal on earth in January.

Of course we would all love for that to happen, and that's the point of hopium, isn't it?

The question is, when it doesn't happen, and February arrives with nothing changed, will those who invested their hope, energy, time and focus make yet another excuse 'it's all happening behind the scenes' or will they finally face the reality of the situation that no one is coming to save us. Certainly not a #Rothschild puppet - a close friend of the rogue state of Israel - and it is down to each of us to work it out for ourselves and form local groups for obvious reasons.

This is one of the reasons many truthers sometimes get down and feel like giving up - they are given false optimism by false prophets and hopes are dashed over and over. Meanwhile, another year goes by without soil developed, skills developed, relationships formed, local hub groups joined, plans made, action taken locally, etc.

Please don't let fear, or hopium, paralyse you.

We started a newspaper from nothing this year.

Who knows what we can achieve together next year?

Certain Nasal Sprays Used to Treat Allergies May Protect Against Severe COVID-19, Study Shows

📝💊@COVID19Up: Certain nasal sprays already used by millions of people for allergies may actually protect against severe COVID-19, according to a new study.

Researchers at the Cleveland Clinic looked at records from more than 72,000 adults in their system and found that patients who used intranasal corticosteroids prior to COVID-19 illness were 22% less likely to be hospitalized, 23% less likely to be admitted to the intensive care unit and 24% less likely to die from COVID-19 during hospitalization.

Lead study author Dr. Joe Zein says the steroid nasal sprays lower certain receptors on the cells of the nose that SARS-CoV-2 uses to infect those cells.

“The nose has the highest number of receptors, way higher than the airways and the lungs, and it makes more more sense for the virus to infect where there is more receptors … The nose is the gateway to get, to have COVID-19,” Zein said.

YouTube will begin removing content questioning any approved medical vaccine, not just those for Covid-19, a departure from the video site’s historically hands-off approach.

The division of Alphabet Inc.’s Google announced Wednesday that it will extend its policy against misinformation to cover all vaccines that health authorities consider effective. The ban will include any media that claims vaccines are dangerous or lead to chronic health outcomes such as autism, said Matt Halprin, YouTube’s vice president for trust and safety.

A year ago, YouTube banned certain videos critical of Covid-19 vaccines. The company said it has since pulled more than 130,000 videos for violating that rule. But many videos got around the rule by making dubious claims about vaccines without mentioning Covid-19. YouTube determined its policy was too limited.
