So it is clear that no one should trust the government as they are going for a six month extension, when we want the whole Act abolished.

Thank you for your recent e-mail to the House of Commons Enquiry Service.

The House will be debating whether the Coronavirus Act 2020’s temporary provisions will remain in force for another six months on Tuesday 19 October 2021.
As required by section 98 of the Act, there will be a debate and decision on a motion, moved by a Government Minister that says:
“That the temporary provisions of the Coronavirus Act 2020 should not yet expire”.
If the House decides to approve the motion, nothing has to change. The Act continues in force as it is at the moment until 25 March 2022. On that date, any remaining temporary provisions will expire, unless Parliament has decided further to extend them in the interim.
If the House rejects the motion, a Minister must bring forward regulations to terminate the temporary provisions within three weeks. If it wanted to save any of the temporary measures, it would then have to pass fresh legislation to keep them.
The Speaker will only call a division (i.e. a “vote”) on the motion if there are MPs who oppose it at the end of the debate.
The section 98 motion mentioned above might be debated alongside other motions. For example, the Government has indicated it intends to expire some of the provisions of the Act, and this would involve parliamentary approval for the legislation that does that. You will be able to find out exactly what is to be debated and decided on when the order paper for Tuesday is published on the Parliament website. This will most likely be published shortly after the House rises on Monday evening.

"A council has been accused of enabling “vaccine apartheid” in schools after becoming the first to introduce new self-isolation rules for unvaccinated children.
Suffolk County Council has told parents that if their children have not been vaccinated, they will have to stay at home for up to a week if one of their siblings tests positive for Covid.
Meanwhile, children who have been vaccinated will be allowed to continue attending school as normal after a sibling tests positive.
It is one of a number of councils which has told children to isolate if a sibling tests positive – even though this contradicts national guidance, which says pupils should be off school only if they test positive for Covid-19 themselves or are showing symptoms.

It’s worse than we thought – A comparison of official Government reports suggest the Fully Vaccinated are developing Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome much faster than anticipated
Latest U.K. Gov. figures on Covid -19 cases show that doubly vaccinated 40-79 year olds have lost 44% of their immune system capability and their immune systems are deteriorating at around 5% per week.
If this continues then 30-59 year olds will have zero Covid/viral defence (and perhaps a form of acquired immunodeficiency syndrome) by Christmas & all vaccinated people over 30 will have completely lost the part of their immune system that tackles Covid-19 by January next year.

Wake up Headteachers by highlighting that they could be facing criminal offences of battery and manslaughter by allowing the C19 shots to proceed.
The Misleading NHS Patient Information document counters schools’ argument that “Every parent is free to consent to injections for the child”
It highlights that Valid informed consent has not been obtained from any adult or child in the UK. At the point the school and school governors have been made aware of this, they can become personally liable if they do not insist that SAIS provide the legally required information to ensure each injection is lawful.
