The above statement echoes exactly what the WEF means to make standard globally, namely, Public-Private-Partnership.
Public-Private-Partnership is just a nice way of saying Fascism. Fascism is when the private corporations and public office merge making the one indistinguishable from the other.
No matter whether a country has had democracy, communism, socialism or dictatorship, behind these names has always hidden a mostly covert Fascism. Now, they have so much economic and technical leverage they are coming out publicly, overtly to tell you what your future will be!
And the bulk of the masses still don't see it. The words Public-Private-Partnership seem nice to them, because face it, they have been severely dumbed down to the point of almost being naive trusting toddlers.
Public-Private-Partnership will be fronted by what they term global Corporate Governance, direct Corporate RULE, no voting, no debate, no public representation etc...
Every compromise people make leads straight to this taking place, don't be fooled by slogans or politically correct neurolinguistic programming language.

It looks like small businesses would rather not be in business than grow a backbone or learn the difference between mandates and laws.
IF THE GOVERNMENT WANTS TO MAKE COVAIDS LAW, IT SHOULD TREAT BEING UNVACCINATED AS A CRIME AND HAUL US OFF TO JAIL AND / OR CONCENTRATION CAMPS.
BUT THEY DON'T.
THUS, IT'S NOT UNLAWFUL TO BE UNVACCINATED.
INSTEAD, THEY GET IGNORANT, SMALL BUSINESSMEN & WOMEN TO DO THE DIRTY WORK OF PUNISHING THOSE WHO DECLINE EXPERIMENTAL GENE THERAPY, i.e discrimination.
THE FOOLISH TRADERS IN HOSPITALITY, RETAIL, & TOURISM HAVEN'T GRASPED:
■THAT "VACCINE ECONOMY" IS A PSEUDONYM OF <SURVEILLANCE CAPITALISM>
■WITHIN THE FRAMEWORK OF A CIRCULAR ECONOMY ♻️
■BASED ON A CURRENCY OF CARBON METRICS
■THAT ONLY BIG BUSINESSES ARE PREPARED TO SWITCH FINANCIAL MODELS & SURVIVE THE RESET INTO THE 4TH INDUSTRIAL REVOLUTION.
■THEY HAVE YET TO UNDERSTAND ENVIRONMENTAL & SOCIAL GOVERNANCE SPELLS THE END OF TRADING NEW WARES, APPAREL, AND OTHER BITS & PIECES MADE IN CHINA & BANGLADESH.
■THEY WILL NEVER COMPREHEND THAT THEIR ADHERENCE TO ARBITRARY RULES IS - IN FACT - THE SHORTEST POSSIBLE PATH TO SHUTTERING THEIR DOORS FOREVER & JOINING THE NEW BREAD LINE CALLED <UNIVERSAL BASIC INCOME>
One last thing, Dear Business Owner reading this: You won't be given preferential treatment in the New Normal.
Why not?
Because of similarities to frontline workers (and the veterans in Before Times) you've either SEEN TOO MUCH, or LOST TOO MUCH, or BOTH. Therefore, by default, you will be deemed a potential enemy to the state - in times when Communitarian PRE-CRIME is real, operational, and enforceable (see quarantine camps for evidence).
In other words, even if you've never strayed from 'playing your part' in the narrative, you will be scorned and treated accordingly, by the same authorities for whom you shot your own foot.
Don't ever complain that you weren't warned.
