This is an excellent video. There is one thing South African's must understand and that's South Africa is NOT a common law jurisdiction as is the United Kingdom and to some extent the USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Even though we were an English colony, our law was always Roman Dutch, never English. We cannot claim the Magna Carta and all that encompasses, yes really just forget it for us. Others counties possibly, but not us.
While there is a technical difference between Roman Dutch and Common Law, there is not a real, practical difference. But to be absolutely clear we cannot assume common law in South Africa and cannot attempt to prosecute the perpetrators through cobbled together "common law" or "natural law" courts which have no jurisdiction and therefore no teeth. We HAVE to prosecute through a legal system that has jurisdiction and the only one is our Roman Dutch Law legal system.
Yes, the legal system is captured, it's a reality and it's one that we will have to deal with and we will.
My sense is that the top line criminals, for example Ramaphosa, the Covid Command Council, the entire cabinet, the Department of Health and all statutory and NGO bodies that peddled the narrative including political parties, will all be tried in the International Criminal Court in the Hague and not in South Africa. We must push for that.
Much has been discussed around possible Nuremberg 2.0 type trials which in my view will happen but UNDER the jurisdiction of the International Criminal Court.
Remember there are two types of law, criminal law and civil law. Typically the civil law cases, which are generally financial orientated follow the criminal cases if there is a criminal case and there always will be with Covid. The overall charge, is crimes against humanity and these extend down to the boards that mandated "vaccines" as well as all company employees who carried out these illegal instructions. Obviously this applies to pretty much the entire medical establishment right down to the nurse who stuck in the needle. It's the criminal cases that get people jailed, even executed. These criminal precedents will be established at a very high level, perhaps the ICC and then carried out in South African criminal courts, the precedent having been established internationally.
One the ICC; it's independent of the UN. Of course they are both international bodies, but they are independent. The NWO Globalists will of course try to influence the ICC, which is a lot more difficult to do that influence the UN. They won't succeed and even attempting to influence will be an admission of guilt.
We have won this BATTLE, not the war. The perpetrators will try just to"go back to normal" , but that will not happen, and of that I am certain.
