526 People were admitted to hospital and 113 people died in what the research team called “vaccine failures”

Covid Vaccine Passport May Not Be Ready As Travel Restarts

Downing Street admitted the NHS app may not be ready to use as a vaccine passport for Britons heading abroad from May 17. (likely they'll be taking PCR test onto a digital platform as well as this is being rolled out in some African countries)

Gov't has set a deadline of Monday to detail how people can prove their vaccination status when travelling overseas — only a week before international travel is due to resume. (they're desperately pushed to implement this, let us do more of what we're doing: share, resist, persist!)

That Turning Change

All we do and with The Light paper, has a potential to save lives. Yet what are we saving lives from? Is it Death? Or rather do we shed Light on Dark? As one passes from Life to Death, I can’t help but think it a Location. A Place where one can no longer communicate with the Living. With one's loved ones. Another dimension. One is cut off.

Yet, when no longer in the Dark, one can’t be deceived. How can you go back into the cave? How can you go back into your mother's womb? Light holds no darkness within it. It holds not even a weightless shadow. In Light one’s state of being Changes beyond the Death Location. Which is the greater? To be saved from Death or to come to the knowledge of the Truth? Besides, we are all headed for Death. Momento Mori. But not all will see the Light; nor know the Truth; nor Change their ways. Change in themselves! To turn for the better. That turning Change we take with us to pass to the other side. Light being the more powerful of the two.

These days my desire to hold Light surpasses my fear of Death. Suddenly Death lost its sting.

Amongst others Serco is ONS' 3rd party supplier. They capture all the census data. They have also been awarded the contract to supply passports a few years back.
