Daft Covid Sign!

This morning I saw a huge sign in a pharmacy window which read: ‘Free rapid covid-19 tests for people without symptoms’.

The world has gone entirely mad.

This is as crazy as putting up a sign saying: ‘Free X-rays for patients who think they might have a broken leg but have no symptoms.’

Barking.

People really need to look at this !!!! They want all countries to sign the letter by May 2022!!!!!!!!!!!!
Unfortunately, the WHO (or World Health Organization) already has a different plan. The fact that everyone is suddenly backing away from restrictions is just a game. From today until 29.01.22, the WHO will hold an emergency meeting and deliberations in Geneva on expanding its ability to target (take over) all member states in the event of a pandemic and "any other type of threat or disaster." WHO wants member states to sign a new treaty on Covid-19, which expands the 2005 treaty. Once signed by the Minister of Health, the WHO constitution (as per Article 9 of the same) will take precedence over a country's constitution (189 countries have signed the 2005 treaty) during natural disasters or pandemics. Since the definition of pandemic was changed a few years ago, they will be able to impose obedience on any country and impose WHO guidelines on the public, which will be mandatory, not just recommended. And that sounds like power over the country and the world. A Swiss militant (Dr. Astrid Stuckelberger, who has worked for the WHO for 20 years) warns that every country should send a public letter of protest to the WHO, saying that the Irish people do not accept that the signature of the Minister of Health should decide the fate of millions of people without a referendum. It is very important to send this letter from every Country to WHO in Geneva. They want all countries to sign this letter before May 2022 so that time is counted. If you are a member of the Assembly, please send such a letter to WHO. Dr. Stuckelberger shared the information that so far only the Russians have sent such a social letter!!!!!!!

I have now read the Human Rights review documentation and I am seriously concerned.

The review seeks to impose a rights culture that displaces personal responsibility in favour of "the public interest”.

The proposed reforms say “the international human rights framework recognises that not all rights are absolute and that an individual’s rights may need to be balanced, either against the rights of others or against the wider public interest.

Further concerning statements are:

“The idea that rights come alongside duties and responsibilities is steeped in the UK tradition of liberty, but is also reflected in the qualifications in the Convention and is explicit in Article 29 of the UN Declaration of Human Rights (‘Everyone has duties to the community in which alone the free and full development of his personality is possible’). The increasing reliance on human rights claims over the years has, however, led to a culture of rights decoupled from our responsibilities as citizens, and a displacement of due consideration of the wider public interest”.

"Whilst human rights are universal, a Bill of Rights could require the courts to give greater consideration to the behaviour of claimants and the wider public interest when interpreting and balancing qualified rights. More broadly, our proposals can also set out more clearly the extent to which the behaviour of claimants is a factor that the courts take into account when deciding what sort of remedy, if any, is appropriate. This will ensure that claimants’ responsibilities, and the rights of others, form a part of the process of making a claim based on the violation of a human right”.

There are other concerning statements too, but you get the gist from the above.

Under the proposed reforms it is clear that Parliament is seeking to impose itself as arbiter of when a person can have human rights and when they cannot. This is disgraceful. It does not matter the crime, major or minor, a person must always have their human rights available to them and protected. It is abundantly clear to me that although the proposed reforms mention the courts power to decide matters, the govt expect the courts to be led on this by parliament, (and legislation), whatever the govt decide their rules to be at any given time.

This is an overt attack on personal freedoms in a bid to enforce communitarianism (which is worse than socialism, and is in fact totalitarianism). Wider interests should never trump an individual’s rights, the latter of which are fundamental freedoms that are God given.

These proposed changes seek to make sure that Human Rights are NOT fundamental and universal. Giving power to the courts to say you are not ennoscriptd to your human rights if they think your behaviour has not been what they consider "good" is a huge worry, knowing how much the courts are now refusing to challenge govt policy decisions and harmful legislation.

The separation of powers has been lost in this country for some time now. These proposed reforms confirm parliaments march to make itself the sovereign power and authority to decide on people's fundamental rights according to its own whim, and this must be stopped at all costs.

The consultation is open until 8th March and the link to respond to it is below. We desperately need everyone to take action and say no to these reforms.

🇬🇧 Covid Jabbing Scheme a Disaster in UK

The Government and the mainstream media keep lying but the truth is that the covid jab rollout has been a failure.

Despite the biggest and most expensive propaganda effort in world history, the attempt to force the covid jab onto the public has failed miserably.

In the UK, for example, there are still well over 20 million people who have yet to receive a single jab (that’s just under a third of the population).

‼️Fierce attack against Whatsapp over security vulnerabilities by Telegram chief Pavel Durov.

"Messages on WhatsApp have been open to potential attackers for years, according to recent leaks about Boldend - a U.S. cyber warfare startup." more here

https://www.forbes.com/sites/thomasbrewster/2022/02/01/billionaire-facebook-investor-peter-thiel-secretly-funded-a-cyber-warfare-startup-that-hacked-whatsapp/)).

Since WhatsApp's inception, there has hardly been a moment when it has been secure: every few months, researchers uncover a new vulnerability in the app. I wrote about this in detail 2 years ago (read it here

https://telegra.ph/Why-Using-WhatsApp-Is-Dangerous-01-30-4 , if you missed it). Nothing has changed since then.

It would be hard to believe that WhatsApp's technical team is so consistently incompetent. Telegram, a far more mature app, has never had security problems of such magnitude."

How To Respond: Human Rights Act Reform Consultation

"Many people are PANICKING about the Human Rights Act Reform consultation, which they have understood will immediately remove our rights to bodily autonomy and integrity.
It’s a lot more grey and subtle than this…

It’s an Agenda-driven piece, which says it wants to “balance” our individual rights with the “rights of society”…

That proposition is a FALLACY.

There is no society without individuals, therefore the “rights of society” DEPEND on the rights of each individual being upheld. They cannot, and must never, compete with individual rights.

The ‘Reform’ proposal also seems to want to put more power into the hands of legislators, and give less discretion to our judges, who are supposed to be there to CHECK and BALANCE the legislative powers!

Please have a go at responding to the consultation… make a start NOW (you can save your answers to continue later, up until 8th March).

I know some people are struggling, but there’s no reason why EVERYONE can’t participate, to the best of their ability.
