Why Are We Still Giving People COVID-19 Vaccines?

Both mRNA and recombinant vector vaccines are types of gene based vaccines.

Astrazeneca AZD1222 is a recombinant vector vaccine. It uses a genetically modified chimpanzee adenovirus to carry a SARS-CoV-2 spike protein to the cells which the immune system then recognises to elicit an an immune response.

Pfizer/BioNTech's and Moderna's vaccines are based upon messenger RNA (mRNA) encapsulated in lipid nano-particles, which protect the mRNA from being broken apart by the body's enzymes. Once the mRNA enters the cell it stimulates the production of the SARS-CoV-2 spike protein, prompting the subsequent immune response.

mRNA gene based vaccines have never been used with a human population.

Given that there are no completed clinical trials this means they are, in fact, #experimental gene based vaccines.

How they want digital currency to work

Yes, though it is not true digital money yet. Snowden is correct in that the money we have has been represented digitally in computer systems but it is not actually digital.

Although our money is represented digitally, it has full conversion capacity to cash or mineral etc... and can be exchanged freely and privately. To a point, your money is mostly your own business.

With proper digital money, none of the aforementioned applies. The digital money is not money at all as you currently understand it. It won't be something that can be saved, you'll get your ration of credits that will expire within an apportioned time period. If you don't use them all in the time period they are lost, spend them too quickly and you'll have to do some extra 'volunteering' at the <insert good community cause> communitarian style.

Digital money is a digital energy pipeline direct from you to your owners. It will be a stipend ration, ID and societal access pass which can be throttled and/or revoked at will. It will also be used to reward good behaviour. eg stick to your weekly water usage limit and get reward tokens to <insert reward here>.

It will be represented as carbon credits (hint: a system of permanent indebtedness) and will be backed by units of energy in kw/h or something similar.

I personally see them creating a digital caste system. Rebels will be allowed in the system but severely restricted in PRIVILEGES. This is the crux of our bill of rights being updated, to accommodate a system of digital incentives and disincentives. You don't need rights in this new system you see. The privileges you will be allowed to live up to will be 'up to you', 'your choice'. People will grudgingly live within their various tolerance levels accepting that certain privileges are not worth having etc...
