❗️Federal judge BLOCKS New York vaccine mandate for medical workers – after 17 health professionals SUED

New York state can no longer FORCE medical workers to be vaccinated after a judge temporarily blocked the order on Tuesday - due to a group of health care workers suing the state, saying their Constitutional rights were VIOLATED.

The order was issued after 17 medical professionals, including doctors and nurses, claimed in a lawsuit that the mandate’s lack of religious exemption was a Constitutional violation.

The mandate was issued on Aug. 28 requiring at least one shot for health care workers at hospitals and nursing homes by Sep. 27 – the judge has given NY state until Sep. 22 to respond.
