The answer is Nope. NOT YET.

Grassley has the seniority to be Chair of the Judiciary & President Pro Temp when we regain control of the House & Senate in November.

If Congress demands Criminal Investigations/charges or impeachment hearings, it could lead to a large number of Congressional & Executive Branch positions being vacated.

This might lead to the declaration of a CONSTITUTIONAL CRISIS, & if so, GRASSLEY would be the one in charge until it was resolved.

If he had chosen to retire, do you know who would have been next in line to hold those responsibilities?
