Appointed by Bill Clinton, Judge Middlebrooks will not recuse himself from Trump's lawsuit against Hillary Clinton.

"As judges, we must all transcend politics," Middlebrooks stated.
That isn't, however, his position here:
“But what is a ‘neutral and detached magistrate?’ Is it a judge who believes in the status quo? One whose views are acceptable to the JQC? A judge whose mind is an empty slate? Or just one who remains silent? This is dangerous ground. The JQC’s actions strike at the heart of what it means to be a judge in a democracy.”
“Must (judges) sit silent until a law or the impact of a law is so repugnant that the choice is to resign or take part in injustice – or can a judge sound the alarm?”

Danchenko case:
Neither side disputes that this anonymous call took place. Durham is charging that Danchenko lied when he said he believed it was from Sergei Millian.
In order for that to be a lie, Durham must have evidence that Danchenko knew who the anonymous caller was.
So, who was the anonymous caller?
Perhaps it was Danchenko's handler?

German government announces it is shutting down MindGeek sites Pornhub, YouPorn, and Mydirtyhobby for failure to protect children unless they implement reliable age verification to ensure only adults can access or upload content.
"Germany has consistently been one of the top 10 countries in the world bringing traffic to Pornhub," says Laila Mickelwait, CEO of Justice Defense Fund.
MindGeek has refused age verification for over a decade because "the exploitation of children is built into their business model," Mickelwait says. One senior MindGeek manager admitted it doesn't want to lose traffic and revenue.
"Any age verification devastates traffic," the manager complained. "Pornhub stands to lose 50% of traffic. It costs us money to verify and overall it's a disaster."
Mickelwait said the real disaster is "when children are freely given access to watch the real rape and trafficking of victims on Pornhub and other free porn tube sites that operate the same way."
