SPRINGFIELD, Illinois - Apr 11, 2022- A Freedom Protest and Convoy / Motorcade Rally on April 30, 2022, will be assembling at the Lincoln statue in front of the Illinois Capitol Building, corner of S. 2ndStreet and E. Capitol Avenue in Springfield Illinois starting at 11 am.

A rally will begin at High Noon near the statue or nearby parking lot depending on space available.

For the convoy motorcade portion of the rally beginning at 11 am, participants are encouraged to display one or more American flags and signs of their choice conspicuously on or in their vehicle’s windows to identify participants to each other.

Participants will drive the streets surrounding the Capitol building and “follow the leader”, driving only on the streets that are closest to the Capitol complex, and joining together into an impromptu motorcade.

Any legally licensed roadworthy vehicle is encouraged to join: semi trucks with or without trailers, tractors and farm equipment with proper safety placarding and licensing, campers, RVs, pickups, automobiles, motorcycles, bicycles, or mopeds. Also horses and/or horse drawn wagons and carriages with road safety placards are welcome.

Also pedestrians, joggers, wagons, strollers, wheelchairs, families, and legally operated drones, skateboards, hoverboards, Segways, kids battery powered vehicles, roller skaters, those with walkers or prosthetic, are all encouraged to safely participate and carry flags and signs and walk the sidewalks around the capital at the same time as the motorcade from 11 am to noon. Or simply bring your favorite chair to watch the event.

Then at 12 noon an assembly will form for a rally aimed at citizens airing dissatisfaction publicly on the loss of their rights and freedoms, and how the misuse of the Governor’s Emergency Orders and ever-changing rules have impacted the lives of them, their children and livelihood.

The motto for the Protest and Rally for April 30, according to the handout flyer, is to “remind the government that they work for us, and not the other way around”. Their handout also states that “Emergency Powers = Tyranny” and “STOP The Tyranny NOW!!”

“Every resident of Illinois is encouraged to join the protest” the organizers said. “Lord knows that our elected representatives in Springfield are passing impossible unfunded budgets, killing small businesses with their impossible regulations and taxes, caving to personal and special interests, spending money they don’t have, infringing on our free speech and medical privacy and trying to force us into submitting to their narratives of oppression and control.

Add to that the tyrannical and out of date Emergency Orders and tromped upon Constitutional Rights over the last two years, and their ever increasing laws and rules for increasing pay raises and benefits that pad their pockets and set themselves as a preferred status Citizen, and you have statewide frustration and distrust of our lawmakers and Governor.

The government we have before us is NOT a representational government OF the people and BY the people. This misbehavior by our elected and appointed officials must stop."

Bring megaphones, bells, whistles, sirens, noisemakers, pots and pans, cymbals, gongs and horns!”

Any disabled person that cannot walk or be present at the statue or walk around is encouraged to come and observe from their vehicle as close as they can get to the assembly and if possible bring a comfortable chair as near as they are able.

There are several parking lots that are used throughout the week but vacant now that most legislators have high tailed it out of Springfield for another vacation break.

Pets must be in control at all times and on a leash, and please pick up their excrement if that happens.

Licensed street food trucks and tents and merchandise vendors are encouraged to setup where and if they are legally authorized to sell around the capitol grounds.

Any person who wants to protest their dissatisfaction with the Government and to exert their First Amendment Constitutional rights is encouraged to come to the rally and tell how they’ve been affected by the lawlessness of government, its dictator-like mandates, the tyranny of lock downs and other unconstitutional edicts by the Governor and State health departments.

Speakers will have a maximum of 5 minutes each as time allows.

The First Amendment states “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.”

The rally and motorcade is about our freedoms and dedication to the Constitution of the United States of America. It aims to bring attention our State and Federal governments' chipping away at our civil liberties and our freedoms.

We strive to bring an end to tyrannical mandates by the president, the wayward states' governors, illegal health department controls, and unconstitutional large and small business' firings of employees throughout our country.

It's not about political parties nor radical agenda, but more about the rights of the citizens and future of Americans now and forward.

Our government elected officials and those that work under them have forgotten their place and has fallen into the habit of routinely disregarding what our founding fathers have instructed us in the Constitution.

The purpose is also to give We the People a venue to come together for God and Country. No one is going to save us but ourselves.

We must act now or continue to be subject to the whims of our increasingly restrictive and un-American representatives, senators, judges and president who are dividing its peoples with their hatred and divisiveness and ruining the American way.

We do not represent any political party, any race, any gender, any religion. We are not a professional group.

We are Americans and will always remain "Of the people, for the people, by the people."

Any speaker at the event will be given their chance to speak as long as it is not hate or vulgar speech. We are people who care and are trying to help each other fight the tyranny of communism and socialism.

In case of rain the organizers state that they will hold still have the motorcade and rally. “Anyone who wants to Rally in the Rain is welcome to do so” Barth said. “In any case, it’s rain or shine.”

For starters, many Convoy leaders are actually experienced industry lobbyists, and some participants are wondering what their angle may be. For many of the actual truckers, they put their jobs on hold to join the rolling demonstration. And yet, those who signed up for action watched with disappointment and frustration as the project appeared to morph into a last-minute lobbying campaign. Some donors have expressed confusion about the funding and the mission, wondering whether the convoy will “finish what they started.”

Kevin Steichen, former president and co-founder of the Landis-led lobbying group United States Transportation Alliance, could not afford to join the People’s Convoy, but warned that the tightly knit trucking community harbored its own toxicity—and that the convoy could be its own undoing.
“The convoy’s great and what they’re doing is awesome,” Steichen told The Daily Beast. “I’ll tell you something, though: This industry is fickle, fickle people. Trust issues are huge.”
“There’s been some shady shit that goes on. People come in, and they want to do it for personal gain,” Stechen said, acknowledging rumors of financial mischief and a simmering impatience among convoy members ready for action.

Dave Roberts is encouraging us all to have an ‘all hands on deck’ attitude regarding April 30th’s convoy / Social Compact event. He feels it will be a historical moment not in like ‘the shot heard around the world’. We have an opportunity to tell people about the OSJA and get more people involved plus tell people about the Social Compact and set people up on the road to freedom. On April 30th, Kim Wilhelm, who is a member of the “We The Peoples Freedom Convoy Ohio", has arranged for an event in the parking lot of the Westland Mall 4237 Highway 40 Columbus Ohio. We will be meeting at 11:00 and Dave Robert will speak for a short time. He is delivering a Red Pill and also making the Social Compact available for everyone to sign! By signing the Social Compact you are establishing yourself as a Free Inhabitant of the Land and instead of a Citizen of the U.S (aka slave). Just to be clear, nothing in your day-to-day life changes! As Dave Roberts said, we do not know what we need to know yet to make the changes, but it sets us up to for when we are ready.

It is important to arrive by or pretty close to 11:00 so you do not miss anything. From 11:00 to 1:00, which will go pretty fast, we will be lining up for the convoy, hearing Dave speak, making time to sign the Social Compact if you desire to, and Kim said there were some other things planned as well, a 50/50 and not sure what all else. At 1:00 we will roll out for the Convoy.

Be sure to DECORATE YOUR VEHICLES! Use only AMERICAN and OHIO flags. No political flags or flags endorsing anyone. This event is designed to reach everyone who loves America and Freedom!

It was announced at last nights meeting the roll out of this magazine. They said you have to subscribe (pay) and a % goes to TPC. They’re turning this into a business. It has a whole different feel. They are not friendly, unless you tow the line and don’t ask questions. They ban ppl for simply “not being in the mood” (to deal with the person asking questions).

An act to amend Sections 120325, 120335, 120370, and 120375 of, to add Section 120338 to, and to repeal Section 120365 of, the Health and Safety Code, relating to public health.

Existing law prohibits the governing authority of a school or other institution from unconditionally admitting any person as a pupil of any public or private elementary or secondary school, child care center, day nursery, nursery school, family day care home, or development center, unless prior to his or her admission to that institution he or she has been fully immunized against various diseases, including measles, mumps, and pertussis, subject to any specific age criteria. Existing law authorizes an exemption from those provisions for medical reasons or because of personal beliefs, if specified forms are submitted to the governing authority. Existing law requires the governing authority of a school or other institution to require documentary proof of each entrant’s immunization status. Existing law authorizes the governing authority of a school or other institution to temporarily exclude a child from the school or institution if the authority has good cause to believe that the child has been exposed to one of those diseases, as specified.

This bill would eliminate the exemption from existing specified immunization requirements based upon personal beliefs, but would allow exemption from future immunization requirements deemed appropriate by the State Department of Public Health for either medical reasons or personal beliefs. The bill would exempt pupils in a home-based private school and students enrolled in an independent study program and who do not receive classroom-based instruction, pursuant to specified law from the prohibition described above. The bill would allow pupils who, prior to January 1, 2016, have a letter or affidavit on file at a private or public elementary or secondary school, child day care center, day nursery, nursery school, family day care home, or development center stating beliefs opposed to immunization, to be enrolled in any private or public elementary or secondary school, child day care center, day nursery, nursery school, family day care home, or development center within the state until the pupil enrolls in the next grade span, as defined. Except as under the circumstances described above, on and after July 1, 2016, the bill would prohibit a governing authority from unconditionally admitting to any of those institutions for the first time or admitting or advancing any pupil to the 7th grade level, unless the pupil has been immunized as required by the bill. The bill would specify that its provisions do not prohibit a pupil who qualifies for an individualized education program, pursuant to specified laws, from accessing any special education and related services required by his or her individualized education program. The bill would narrow the authorization for temporary exclusion from a school or other institution to make it applicable only to a child who has been exposed to a specified disease and whose documentary proof of immunization status does not show proof of immunization against one of the diseases described above. The bill would make conforming changes to related provisions.

I am gonna throw an opinion out there. It is what it is. I see a lot of people really worried about what the leadership of TPC is doing. And you do have a right to know. But stop waiting on them for cues of what to do. If you are all watching a snake they will just cut the head off the snake and your done. If you are all 50 individual snakes they have more work cut out for them. If each state had 3 snakes that would be 150 heads to cut off. See where I am going with this? Using the top down approach is what got this country so screwed up. Grass roots folks. Starts in your hearts and minds and continues on through your families and communities. Be the change you want to see!

My personal involvement has given me a unique perspective on this movement. I am deeply grieved for the true Patriots who gave up their time, treasure, and sacrificed so much because they believed in the cause of freedom and our Constitutional Republic.
This movement was doomed from the start because of their affiliation with the American Foundation for Civil Liberties and Freedom, Advocates for Citizen Rights, and Freedom Fighter Nation. These are all 501(c)3's and LLC's providing layers of bureaucracy that obfuscate the tracking of donation money. The common denominator is an attorney Leigh Taylor Dundas, esq.
The AFCLF (which only launched last year,) named as its Executive Director, Pamela Milacek, who has active warrants for her arrest by authorities in Texas who allege she violated the terms of her community supervision after pleading guilty to felony fraud and exploitation charges in 2020!!! In 2020, Milacek pleaded guilty to felony exploitation of an elderly person after taking nearly $15,000 from the bank account of her 81 year-old aunt.

Another lawyer, who lives in California, Christopher Marston, esq., is also listed in AFCLF's incorporation paperwork as its president, secretary and treasurer. Marston started a corporation called "Exemplar Law," in 2005 just after graduating from law school. Interestingly enough, two of the eight members of the board of trustees listed on the AFCLF’s website are also listed as business executives on Exemplar Law’s website! One of them, Michal Pospieszalski didn't even know they were on the board and back in March had never even heard of AFCLF!!!
So, yeah...there was a lot of sketchy stuff going on with the lawyers that TPC got into bed with. I believe that Brian Brase and Mike Landis are good Patriots, as are many of the people who are involved with TPC from a "boots on the ground" perspective, but they are guilty of not doing their due diligence. Everyone is asking them, "where did the money go?" but they are asking the wrong people, because I believe they don't honestly know. That question needs to be directed to the attorneys who have built these organizations to collect donations directly from the American people who believe in the cause! They need to be held to account! The leadership of TPC is low hanging fruit and easy to take shots at, and I feel for them because they're taking the heat and wrath of people who believe they were scammed. But their wrath is misplaced. It needs to be directed at the people who hold the purse strings.
Just my two cents from being there and doing a little digging around!!!
