TODAY — Jeremy Bertino, a North Carolina leader of the Proud Boys, pleaded guilty to seditious conspiracy, becoming the first member of the group to admit to the charge stemming from Jan. 6.

Bertino appeared before U.S. District Court Judge Tim Kelly to enter his guilty plea, which also included a count of unlawful possession of a firearm. (POLITICO)

At first they weren't going to let him out because duh - flight risk!

He was at the airport with luggage, didn't have his cell phone with him.

Then somehow another judge was talked into $1 million bond, he wears a GPS tracker and surrenders his passport and has until Oct 14 to surrender himself to LA County authorities.

So we'll see how that goes.
