BREAKING 🚨 Putin has declared Martial Law in Russia-annexed regions of Ukraine.

He made the announcement during a televised meeting of Russia's Security Council, as Moscow's forces evacuate civilians from Kherson ahead of an expected Ukrainian move to retake the city.

The Federation Council must now approve the declaration of martial law before it is official. (Moscow Times)
