A New York judge dropped truth bombs in his ruling regarding a lawsuit against the City of New York involving 16 city sanitations workers who were terminated over not complying with the city's COVID vax mandate:

1. Being vaccinated does not prevent an individual from contracting or transmitting COVID-19

2. The vaccination mandate for City employees was not just about safety and public health; it was about compliance

As a result of Judge Ralph Porzio's ruling, George Garvey and 15 other plaintiffs who sued the City of New York will get their jobs back after being terminated in February 2022 for not complying with the mandate. They will also be eligible for back pay.

Judge Porzio emphasized, “States of emergency are meant to be temporary.”

Liberty Counsel Founder and Chairman Mat Staver said, “We commend Judge Porzio for this decision on behalf of these city workers. The court recognizes that the COVID shot does not prevent contracting or transmitting the virus and that the mandates are not about health and safety. This fact has been obvious from nearly the beginning.”
