There is currently a story in the Gateway Pundit claiming that Gregg Phillips and True The Vote refused to give up the name of their confidential informant to Konnech.
That is categorically false.
Their lawyer gave up the name of the informant in open court on October 6 and he was subsequently added to the lawsuit, along with his home address being published.

I'm no lawyer, so maybe someone can help me with this.
Is it normal to hold somebody in contempt and then give them almost a week to comply to the thing you're holding them in contempt for?
Contempt is what happens when you already haven't complied.
One would think if a person were found in contempt of court they would already be in jail. That's kind of the point, isn't it?

Your reminder that not only did they already give up the name of their confidential source
THEY GAVE UP HIS HOME ADDRESS.
The "confidential source" was already added as a defendant in the lawsuit weeks ago. (Page 13, konnech-motion-for-leave-to-amend-complaint.pdf)
Why does every thing this guy posts have to be like this?
