The illegal operations of the Jalisco Nueva Generación and Sinaloa cartels are the main threats to land customs security, reveal two confidential reports of the Ministry of National Defense (Sedena) and the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit, which are part of the documents hacked by the Guacamaya group.

The civilian-military X-ray of the customs situation warns of other vulnerabilities, such as corruption, smuggling, arms and illicit substances, and even the activities of alleged "huachicoleros".
