At least 1 killed, 4 injured in a mass shooting at a university campus in Tallahassee, Florida.

"The Tallahassee Police Department is currently investigating a shooting that occurred at approximately 4:30 p.m. at the outdoor basketball courts in the 2100 block of Wahnish Way.

One victim, an adult male, died as a result of this shooting. Four more victims, one juvenile male and three adult males, sustained injuries ranging from minor to serious.

At this time, we do not believe there to be an immediate threat to public safety."

Police said a 28-year-old law enforcement officer traveled from Virginia to Riverside to meet a teen girl he'd met online, then murdered the girl's mom and grandparents.

According to officials, this all began shortly after 11 a.m. on Friday, Nov. 25. Riverside Police officer were called to a home in the 11200 block of Price Court for reports of a disturbance between a man and a teen girl. Officers said the teen "appeared distressed" getting into a red Kia Soul with a man, later identified as 28-year-old Austin Lee Edwards of North Chesterfield, Virginia.

Shortly after that call, the Riverside Fire Department received calls of a fire in a home nearby. Authorities would later learn that the house on fire was the girl's home.
