Preliminary Injunction granted for Army plaintiffs!
Today Judge Hendrix of the San Angelo Court ruled on the Preliminary Injunction for Schelske v Austin (the Army Case by Aaron Siri). He granted plaintiffs’ Motion for Preliminary Injunction! Class certification was not decided at this time, but this is the first step toward a class-wide Army Injunction. Truly a wonderful thing!
