JUST IN: A 3rd U.S Air Force C-17 “RCH4118” has just left Mexico City after arriving a few hours ago presumably to Pick-Up and/or Drop-Off something, this may be an extradition flight. There is still no indication whether these Flights are related to the Battles that’s took place between the Mexican Military and Cartels.
