Yes, this is weird.
Two potential things at play here:
1) Biden is legitimately that stupid and thinks he is completely above the law.
2) He is getting sabotaged by Obama. If that is not happening now with this it will happen soon...
If this gets covered up and Biden is not held accountable it's 1) and if he IS held accountable and an actual investigation takes place it is certainly 2)
Obama controls Merrick Garland, not Biden. He also controls the agencies that would be needed to either release the info (1) or cover it up (2).
