Sacramento, California: A government building in Sacramento was evacuated Friday morning in response to a bomb threat, the Sacramento Sherrif’s Office said.

The sheriff’s office said a SWAT team and bomb squad are at the Department of Human Assistance, located in the 1700 block of 28th Street.

According to the sheriff’s office, the building was evacuated and the Sacramento Police Department is assisting with the investigation.

DEVELOPING! Texas: The Dallas Zoo has closed its doors Friday as it searches for a clouded leopard that appears to have escaped from its enclosure after its fence was "intentionally cut," police said.

"One of our clouded leopards was not in its habitat when the team arrived this morning and is unaccounted for at this time," the zoo said in a statement on Twitter.

The female leopard, named Nova, is believed to have escaped through a tear in the mesh around its enclosure, according to Harrison Edell, the executive vice president of animal care at the zoo.

Police and zoo officials believe the fence was "intentionally cut," Dallas Police Sgt. Warren Mitchell said.
