EVERYTHING IS AN ARTICLE 5 IF YOU'RE BRAVE ENOUGH: At least to Polish State Secretary of Defense Wojciech Skurkiewicz, who clearly finds NATO's Article 5, which states " an attack against one Ally is considered as an attack against all Allies." too loose of a term to get away with just pining it on Moscow with regards to a SUPPOSED "deliberate" damage that MIGHT cause a NUCLEAR leak in Zaporozhye, but the Polish politician is NOW threatening with INVOKING the same Article 5 because Russia deploying hypersonic missiles near a NATO member state, apparently also falls under the same umbrella.
