BREAKING! Medford, Oklahoma: According to a report from the Oklahoma Highway Patrol there was an explosion and fire at the Medford ONEOK Gas plant, approximately 20 miles north of Enid.
The OHP report that Highway 81 north of Pond Creek is closed to all traffic, as well as the Union Pacific Rail line. Emergency crews from around the region are on alert. Parts of the town of Medford have been evacuated to a save place. Authorities are asking everyone to stay clear of the area. At this time there is no information available to the cause or the status of employees.
