I still have questions though…
First and foremost, how could Google not have actually disclosed the payload data to any third party, as they do clearly stated in paragraph 9, yet “[they] retained” an “independent expert” for confirmation- which hasn’t, to my knowledge ever been assessed from a more impartial non-party… this was rubber stamped and I believe this is the one that was good for 10 years notwithstanding any subsequent agreement or stipulation.
