The recent NYT and Zeit articles on the Nordstream sabotage are incredibly significant.

But many people missed that because REACTING and posting ‘hot takes’ is often more fun than actually reading the articles and picking out the important information that is in them. That’s fine. To each his own, ofc.

When you read the articles you find out that they are reporting the perpetrators being an element in Ukraine and a group of specialists trained by a nation state. In other words... likely a group connected to the CIA.

They also report that the Biden Admin was aware of this very early on and kept it hushed… until now.

The Zeit article is surprisingly rich with details.

I think what may be happening is the investigations out of Germany, Sweden, and Denmark have gathered a lot of evidence and the advances of those investigations are forcing US officials and NYT to report that it may have been a “pro Ukraine group.”

Could some or all of the reporting be false?

Of course.

Is it worth paying attention to?

Absolutely.
