JUST IN: An explosion and fire has been reported at the Back River Waste Water Treatment Plant in Dundalk, Maryland.

Baltimore County Fire Department has confirmed a two-alarm fire at the plant, and says evacuations are in progress. All employees have been accounted for and there are no injuries. The department says the fire is being fueled by gas.

DEVELOPING! Train  carrying hazardous materials derails in Mohave County, Arizona.

Officials with the Mohave County Sheriff's Office confirm a train derailment has occurred within the Northwestern Arizona county.

According to a brief statement released by Anita Mortensen, the train, which as reportedly carrying hazardous materials, derailed near Milepost 9 of Interstate 40.

Officials say there are no reports of any spills at this time. BNSF, as well as the National Transportation Safety Board, have been notified and are investigating.

CALIFORNIA — The California Department of Public Health announced the end of the COVID-19 vaccine mandate for healthcare workers.
