In the US Virgin Islands case against JPMorgan Chase, The Epstein Estate has notified Jane Doe 1 "that it [has] located materials within the Epstein Media that may be responsive to her subpoenas."

There is concern that the Media "might contain child sex abuse imagery (CSAM)."

So, counsel for USVI, Jane Doe 1, and the Epstein Estate are asking Judge Rakoff to approve a protocol for reviewing this material.
