If you as a military Officer have violated the law, do you have the legal authority to give orders?
If you as a military Officer broke the law, what happens to all the orders you gave after the crime? Are they null and void?
Something to ponder on as we navigate uncharted waters. (Hint: the answers are within the Article 90 and 92 denoscriptions in the UCMJ manual and the federal laws that govern our Oath of Office)
