All distinguished ones will be presented for state awards.

Первое в истории «планируемое покушение», которое уже удачно состоялось, я так понимаю.
Просто НАТОвские политтехнологи готовят такими заявлениями почву, чтоб вскоре «торжественно сообщить про российскую ДРГ», понимая, что факты гибели высшего командного звена НАТОвской группировки войск очень скоро невозможно будет скрывать…
