1) Putin hosted the delegation of African leaders today, to go over peace talks in Ukraine. Putin said:

“We’re open to constructive dialogue with all those who want peace based on the principles of respect for each other’s interests, as well as justice.”

2) Putin quickly shut down the African leaders regurgitating Western talking points, claiming that Russia started this conflict.

Putin reminded them this conflict was created by the West committing crimes against humanity in Ukraine, long before 2022.

3) The reports suggest these peace talks will lead to nothing. Putin claims that Ukraine, by order of the US/NATO, have refused all of Russia’s ceasefire proposals.

Russia have already stated they will ceasefire if the UN Security Council enact Articles V and VI of the Biological Weapons Convention of 1972, and investigate the US for their biological weapons production at the biolabs in Ukraine that the West claimed didn’t exist.

This is why the Biden regime and their fellow Deep State compromised countries cannot allow the war in Ukraine to resolve. Biden is one of the accused ideologues who orchestrated the US Biological network in Ukraine.
