Russian Defense Minister Shoigu, said yesterday that Ukraine have plans to use HIMARS and Storm Shadow missiles to strike Russian territory, which Russia would consider a “full-scale involvement” of the US/UK.
Shoigu claims that if this happens, they will consider this as a red line escalation, and will immediately strike Ukrainian “decision-making centers”, meaning Ukrainian leaders, a la Zelensky.
