NEW: An anonymous Louisiana police officer’s lawsuit against a prominent Black Lives Matter activist has been furthered after a federal appellate court last week upheld that if a person sustains injuries due to a demonstrator’s actions during a protest, the victim may sue the organizer of the protest for negligence.

The unnamed Baton Rouge officer is seeking damages against activist DeRay Mckesson on claims that Mckesson’s “negligent” organization of a 2016 protest following the death of Alton Sterling resulted in the officer being injured by a rock thrown by a suspect who remains unidentified.

Woman posing as CPS worker tries to lure 4-year-old neighbor into her car.

The boy’s parents claim Nacrelli asked their son to come home with her at least three times and told the boy she had a “really pretty car seat” for him inside her car.

After nearly 3 minutes of being inappropriately stroked by the stranger, the boy hops off his bike, throws his hands up and retreats to the house, stating that he has to go get his mother.

The woman can be heard telling the boy that her name is Lisa and to tell his mother that she’s from CPS.

Nacrelli — who lives just one block over from the family — then allegedly doubled down on the lie, asking the boy’s mother to be let inside the home to conduct a CPS inspection in response to a complaint filed against her and her husband.

👀MTG: Last night in my DC residence, the television turned on by itself and the screen showed someone’s laptop trying to connect to the TV.

Just for the record:

I’m very happy.
I’m also very healthy and eat well and exercise a lot. I don’t smoke and never have. I don’t take any medications. I am not vaccinated. So I’m not concerned about blood clots, heart conditions, strokes, or anything else.

Nor do I have anything to hide.

I just love my country and the people and know how much they’ve been screwed over by the corrupt people in our government and I’m not willing to be quiet about it, or willing to go along with it.
