Turns out the REAL reason Biden was suddenly 'inspired' to start sending Ukraine our very old cluster bombs is because he was informed by the Dept. of Defense that the US military is RUNNING LOW on 155m artillery shells for our own guns.

See, we've been sending Ukraine so much of our 155mm shells that we're...uh...running out of them.
