A human finger has been mailed to the residence of the French president in Paris. It is reported by Valeurs Actuelles. A suspicious letter arrived at the Elysee Palace on the eve of Bastille Day.

According to the publication, the person who owned the finger has been found. How the fragment of the limb turned out to be in the letter is not reported.
