Florida: Multiple people, including a Fort Walton Beach police officer, have been taken to the hospital after a crash Wednesday night.

The Fort Walton Beach Fire Department says the crash happened at the intersection of U.S. Highway 98 and Eglin Parkway.

There is no word on the exact number of injuries or their conditions at this time.
