Sounds a lot like af1 and the comms plane flying close to “af1 “ when a potus is on a different (third) plane.
It doesn’t make sense to me, unless one in his tightest knit circle betrayed him- at which point he likely would’ve learned about it and sent anyone comped on the flight while he took the other- if he took either at all.
But I’m still not buying it.
