I’ve loved it here since we migrated from AOF and it’s where i come after I’ve been emotionally violated on Twitter. I thought Facebook was a mind fuck but Twitter never fails to gin up the fear and hopelessness in me. Then I come here and can sleep at night. You’ve made me think and enhanced my discernment abilities. My emotions are no longer my guiding force. You changed me and my marriage. My engineer husband and I connect more than we ever have because we’ve become compliments to one another, not just opposites. I don’t feel the need to comment other than to praise you all because I think you’re all have shown me the path with a few twists and turns but I understand more.

In July, DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas and a bipartisan committee rejected a request from Kennedy for Secret Service protection following an unusually early request from Kennedy's campaign. Kennedy said at the time that his request "included a 67-page report...detailing unique and well-established security and safety risks aside from commonplace death threats."
Kennedy, whose father and uncle were both assassinated, raised the issue of a Secret Service detail again in his statement on Friday night, claiming he was the "first presidential candidate in history" to be denied protection upon request.

Gavin de Becker and Associates, whose namesake donated $4.5 million to a pro-Kennedy Super PAC, is providing his security detail.

De Becker describes his childhood as mired in violence. His parents divorced when he was three. His heroin-addict mother physically abused de Becker and his sister, and once shot his stepfather. She committed suicide when he was sixteen, and de Becker subsequently moved in with a friend from school.

He would eventually go on to be Elizabeth Taylor’s assistant.

And De Becker would go on to create MOSAIC.

MOSAIC was created to screen threats to Congressmen, SC Justices, and senior officials in the CIA.

n 2008, Oprah Winfrey dedicated a show to commemorate the ten-year anniversary of the publication of The Gift of Fear. In the last year of her show, she dedicated two hour-long shows to de Becker's work in domestic violence.

He was also the one, while working for Bezos, to accuse the Saudi government of hacking the Amazon founder’s phone 🤣

De Becker gave a eulogy at Carrie Fisher’s (Princess Leia) at memorial service. Fisher and de Becker reportedly attended high school together and they are described as friends. "The first time I had sex was at Carrie's house," de Becker stated in the eulogy and added, "It wasn't with Carrie, but she arranged it."

I think Gavin de Becker was Elizabeth Taylor's assistant, not Miguel.
