Thieves saw this message on just stolen iPhones & iPads as loud beeping alarm sounded on them, moments after they were taken out of the Philadelphia store. And so many smashed them.
More than a dozen people were arrested after a massive group of juvenile looters ransacked businesses across Philadelphia.
