This part is the easiest for me to understand. Joe was the best empty vessel for Hussein to use for his 3rd term with the least amount of fear for getting in his way because: 1. He's too stupid, 2. He has advanced dementia, 3. "Dr." Jill wanted to be first lady so badly that she was willing to play a sick version of Weekend at Bernie's to get what she wanted, and 4. The whole Biden Crime Family was so compromised that they could be easily leveraged to do what they're told while the Dem controlled Congress (first 2 years) would ensure no one looked too closely at impeachment to derail things.
It had nothing to do with anything Joe had done. He was the most familiar option who had the added benefit of being so corrupt that he could be easily leveraged to be kept in line.
