MSNBC and Andrew Weissmann are depressed that Trump might actually win the 2024 election before his cases can be completed.

It's pretty funny that they are going after him so hard in order to prevent him from being able to run, yet by their own admission they know NCSWIC. He says Trump will win both the immunity case and the Colorado case.

Weissmann goes on to say that presidents might have immunity, but not in this case because the crime with Trump here is "illegally staying in office" in violation of the constitution (3:05) - he is literally saying that Trump illegally stayed in office 🤔
