This is the Brunson v Sotomayer case!

In a rare move, all three liberal Supreme Court justices recused themselves on May 28 from a case involving a lawsuit filed against them for rejecting a previous lawsuit that sought to overturn the results of the 2020 presidential election.
In the case, the Supreme Court turned away a longshot bid by Raland J. Brunson of Ogden, Utah, who has gained notoriety among Trump supporters for his legal activism.

President Donald Trump received a small victory in a New York appeals court Thursday as he awaits the verdict in his Manhattan criminal trial.
The appeals court cleared the way for Trump to sue his niece, Mary Trump, for providing information to the New York Times for its 2018 article on the former president's taxes.
Lawyers for Mary Trump had argued that Trump's lawsuit was not permitted under New York laws barring frivolous lawsuits that are intended to silence opponents. They further argued that Trump cannot claim to have been harmed by the release of accurate information.

I hope real patriots are recording and aware of their surroundings because when he gets convicted (IMO, I think he will) methinks the flying monkeys of Soros, aka DS will be working to frame them just as they did with J6.
Heads on a swivel, folks.
